About Us

Tracy Deatrick holds degrees in fine art and theatre, both degrees were obtained at Illinois State University. She also lived in Chicago briefly after graduation - just before heading out to do makeup in Los Angeles. Upon moving to California, she found herself continuing her education by studying special effects (SFX) makeup at the Sunset Gower Makeup Academy. Once her West Coast mission was complete, Tracy found herself back in Chicago where she continued to flourish working for makeup companies as well as working freelance. Over her years of makeup experience she tired of covering up skin imperfections and issues and longed to address the issue at the source.

With a desire & drive for wanting to do more and improve the actual skin instead of covering it up, she went to esthetics school in Chicago. She then received her esthetics license in 2006. Tracy has compiled over 20 years of experience in the makeup and skincare fields. Tracy excels at listening to each client's needs and wants and customizing every service to each individuals needs. She treats each individual’s skin as the delicate organ that it is.

Tracy was able to amass a loyal following while working for Benefit Cosmetics, where she seemingly perfected her brow shaping and waxing skills with ease, all while continuing to educate herself in the ever changing world of skincare and aesthetics. She also strives to use products that are ethically sourced and cruelty free. Tracy is a perfectionist who isn’t happy unless you, the client is happy and feels beautiful in you your own skin!
